FTC Consumer Bureau Chief Vladeck To Step Down

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 7:28 PM EST) -- The Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection Director David Vladeck will vacate his position next month to return to the Georgetown University Law Center, the agency confirmed Monday, following a nearly four-year tenure marked by aggressive and vigorous policing of privacy and advertising issues.
