Nonprofit Fights Sanofi Subpoena In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 7:19 PM EST) -- An advocacy group on Thursday urged a Washington federal judge to quash a Sanofi Pasteur Inc. subpoena directing it to turn over records as part of an antitrust class action lodged by customers over vaccine contracts, claiming the subpoena is an effort to silence the group.
