GAO Denies ERC's Protest Over $385M Space Station Contract

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 4:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Friday it had rejected a bid protest by engineering and scientific services company ERC Inc. over a $385 million contract for servicing the International Space Station that went to a rival, finding there were no errors in the selection process.
