Law360, San Francisco (December 3, 2012, 8:49 PM EST) -- A jury won't see an email in which AU Optronics Corp. executive Steven Leung threatened to kill subordinates who shared details about secret meetings in which liquid crystal display makers allegedly discussed prices and market details, a California federal judge ruled Monday.
