Disney Clashes With Media Effects Co. Over 3-D Tech License

Law360, Wilmington (December 4, 2012, 8:46 PM EST) -- Digital Domain Media Group Inc. and The Walt Disney Co. battled in Delaware bankruptcy court Tuesday as the big-ticket studio sought to confirm its rights to patented 3-D film technology set to be auctioned off by the special effects company this week.
