Fee Bid Rebuffed, Attys Chided In Morgan Keegan OT Case

Law360, New York (December 4, 2012, 9:00 PM EST) -- An Atlanta federal judge refused Monday to award attorneys' fees to a former worker who brought a putative collective action against Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. and faulted the parties for trying to resolve the plaintiff's Fair Labor Standards Act claims without judicial oversight.
