Funeral Directors Urge 3rd Circ. To Reinstate Regulations

Law360, Philadelphia (December 4, 2012, 8:57 PM EST) -- Funeral directors urged the Third Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a ruling that declared parts of Pennsylvania's Funeral Director Law unconstitutional, claiming a judge in the case had overstepped his authority to arrive at his desired conclusion.
