Oyster Farm Sues DOI For Rejecting Lease Renewal

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 7:07 PM EST) -- A Marin County, Calif., oyster farm sued the U.S. Department of the Interior on Monday for failing to renew the farm's lease in the Point Reyes National Seashore because of what the company claims is a flawed environmental impact statement.
