Bayer Blasts Expert In Vitamin False Ad Class Action

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 2:22 PM EST) -- Bayer Corp. on Tuesday said plaintiffs in a class action who allege the company falsely advertised some of its vitamins are attempting to use an expert “of dubious qualifications” in support of their case in an effort to shift the burden of proof to Bayer.
