Port Authority Beats Former Employee's Bias Suit

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 3:33 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Wednesday rejected a former police officer's bias suit against the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, saying she did not comply with a state law requiring her to file a claim 60 days before bringing suit against the bi-state agency.
