Law360, San Diego (December 5, 2012, 9:46 PM EST) -- A California state judge on Monday set aside a San Diego County agency’s approval of the environmental review for its $200 billion long-term regional transportation plan, finding that the environmental analysis failed to comply with state policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
