Northrop, CRGT Settle $2.4M Fray Over Army Software License

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 2:56 PM EST) -- A Virginia federal judge on Wednesday dismissed CRGT Inc.’s $2.4 million dispute with fellow government contractor Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. over Northrop’s termination of a software licensing agreement with CRGT, after a settlement was reached in the case.

U.S. District Judge Claude M. Hilton ordered the case to be dismissed with prejudice and ruled each side will bear their own costs of the action.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
