7th Circ. Eyes Confusion Issue In Lionsgate '50/50' Suit

Law360, Chicago (December 6, 2012, 7:29 PM EST) -- A Seventh Circuit panel questioned the existence of consumer confusion and the use of appropriate case law Thursday during Eastland Music Group LLC's attempt to resurrect its trademark infringement suit against Lionsgate Entertainment Inc. over the film "50/50."
