Objectors Lose Bid To Delay Pella Defect Settlement Notice

Law360, Chicago (December 6, 2012, 4:52 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge refused Thursday to prevent notice of Pella Corp.'s settlement of defect allegations concerning millions of its windows from being sent out to class members, saying objectors' complaints about the deal can be heard at a final approval hearing.
