Weiss, Firm Ask Court To Move Trial Cross-Country

Law360, New York (November 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Embattled law firm Milberg Weiss LLP and founding partner Melvyn Weiss are asking a judge to move the case accusing them of illegal client payments from California to New York.

In a motion filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, attorneys for the firm and Weiss asked the court to change venue.
