Meningitis Plaintiffs Likely To Get Peek At NECC Facility

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 9:34 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday said she likely would allow plaintiffs suing the New England Compounding Center over a deadly meningitis outbreak to inspect its Framingham, Mass., facility, according to a plaintiffs' attorney.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jennifer Boal said she will issue an order granting the plaintiffs' request to inspect NECC's facility in Framingham, Mass., according to plaintiffs' attorney Kristen Johnson Parker of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP.

Parker declined to comment further on Thursday's proceedings before the judge. An attorney for NECC could not...
