Contract Claims Cut In Starbucks Tassimo Class Action

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 1:17 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge on Thursday trimmed claims from a class action brought by consumers who say Starbucks Corp. and packaging on Tassimo single-serve brewers misled them about the continued availability of Starbucks coffee for the brewers, saying no contract existed between the defendants and Tassimo buyers.
