Blackwater Successor Told To Turn Over Docs In Qui Tam Suit

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 4:38 PM EST) -- A Virginia magistrate judge on Friday ordered Academi Training Center Inc. to turn over 21 pages of unredacted documents to qui tam plaintiffs accusing the company of fabricating firearms training reports for employees tasked with protecting dignitaries, a month after the plaintiffs claimed the discovery may shed light on a key arbitration agreement.
