Experian Escapes Credit Report Monopoly Suit For Now

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 7:50 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday dismissed a proposed class action accusing credit bureau Experian Information Solutions Inc. of conspiring with report reseller CoreLogic Inc. to monopolize the mortgage credit data market, ruling the complaint fails the U.S. Supreme Court's Twombly standard.
