MSPB Bias Appeals Go To District Court, High Court Rules

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 4:05 PM EST) -- Federal workers challenging the Merit Systems Protection Board's decisions to dismiss appeals involving discrimination allegations should sue in district court, not the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court held Monday, reviving a bias case brought by a former Department of Labor employee.
