Facebook Illegally Shares Users' Info, German Group Says

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 4:30 PM EST) -- A coalition of German consumer organizations attacked Facebook Inc.'s data sharing practices in a suit filed in regional court Thursday, alleging the site continues to unlawfully share users' personal information with third parties through its App Center despite a previous warning from the group.
