Texas AG Says Austin's Building Permits Limit Likely Void

Law360, Dallas (December 11, 2012, 2:12 PM EST) -- City rules in Austin, Texas, that set expiration dates on building permits and project site plan approvals probably violate a state law intended to protect developers and are void, the Texas attorney general’s office said in an advisory opinion Monday.
