Ex-Rep. Endorses Senate NDAA's Wartime Contract Reforms

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 6:15 PM EST) -- Former congressman Ike Skelton said in a letter released Tuesday that he hopes the U.S. House of Representatives will keep the Senate's wartime contracting reforms when working to reconcile the difference between the two chambers' versions of the National Defense Authorization Act.
