NY Court Nixes Dakota's Bid To Dismiss Claims In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 4:28 PM EST) -- A New York state appeals court on Tuesday denied a motion by the owner of the Dakota apartment building in Manhattan to reargue several counts of a lawsuit against the building by litigious local financier Alphonse "Buddy" Fletcher Jr., who claims the building owner discriminated against him.
