'Storage Wars' Star Sues A&E For Wrongful Termination

Law360, Los Angeles (December 12, 2012, 6:30 PM EST) -- Storage Wars star David Hester filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against A&E Television Networks LLC and the reality show's production company Tuesday in which he claims to have been fired after voicing his opinion about the show’s auction rigging.

Hester names Original Productions LLC and A&E in the complaint, which alleges that the defendants committed “fraud on the public and its television audience” and violated the Communications Act of 1934 that prohibits broadcasters from rigging contests of intellectual skill with intent to deceive the public.
