Wolters Kluwer Beats Contract Suit Over Bar-Prep Biz

Law360, Los Angeles (December 12, 2012, 8:43 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Wednesday found that a former employee of legal publisher Wolters Kluwer NV failed to prove in his breach of contract suit that the company had tricked him into believing it intended to acquire his bar exam preparation business.
