Fed. Circ. Punts DC Airport Toll-Vs.-Tax Suit To 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 7:06 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday punted to the Fourth Circuit the question of whether Washington's airport regulator is illegally using road tolls to pay for a future rail extension to Dulles International Airport, finding it lacked jurisdiction to rule.
