Pfizer Ordered To Reveal Bextra Sales Rep Bonuses

Law360, New York (November 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A California judge has directed Pfizer Inc. to detail salaries and bonuses the drug maker paid to sales representatives who promoted its controversial anti-inflammatory drugs Bextra and Celebrex, as part of a wide-ranging pretrial court order issued Tuesday.

Judge Charles Breyer, overseeing the massive multidistrict litigation in the San Francisco district court, also ordered the pharmaceutical giant to produce personnel files, custodial files and database reports prepared by the sales reps.
