Lucasfilm Gets Pregnancy Bias Verdict Thrown Out

Law360, San Diego (December 12, 2012, 8:14 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Monday nixed a nearly $114,000 jury award and about $1.2 million in legal fees for a woman who alleged Lucasfilm Ltd. reneged on a job offer after she disclosed she was pregnant, finding jury instruction errors had affected the verdict.
