Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 8:13 PM EST) -- A Taiwanese woman faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty Tuesday in New York federal court to attempting to export tons of weapons-grade carbon fiber from the U.S. to Taiwan.
