Cargill Meat To Pay $1.3M In OT Class Action Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (December 13, 2012, 2:07 PM EST) -- Cargill Meat Solution Corp. on Wednesday agreed to pay $1.3 million to settle a lawsuit claming the company failed to properly compensate some of its workers for overtime and time spent preparing for shifts, effectively ending a class action battle that began in February 2011.
