TransCanada Beats Order Halting Keystone Work In Texas

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 3:31 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday reversed an order prohibiting TransCanada Corp. from continuing construction on a segment of its Keystone XL Pipeline that crosses the property of a landowner who said the company cannot legally transport Canadian oil sands through the line.
