Judith Regan Sues News Corp. For "Smear Campaign"

Law360 (November 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Judith Regan, the would-be publisher of O.J. Simpson’s hypothetical tell-all “If I Did It,” sued her former employers on Tuesday for $100 million, alleging that they orchestrated a smear campaign against her to protect the presidential ambitions of former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani.
