Ex-Penn State VP To Sue School's GC Over Sandusky Probe

Law360, Philadelphia (December 13, 2012, 5:48 PM EST) -- Ex-Penn State Vice President Gary Schultz, currently facing charges for his role in an alleged conspiracy to cover up convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky's crimes, signaled his intent Wednesday to sue the school's former general counsel for legal malpractice.
