Ex-Penn State VP To Sue School's GC Over Sandusky Probe

Law360, Philadelphia (December 13, 2012, 5:48 PM EST) -- Ex-Penn State Vice President Gary Schultz, currently facing charges for his role in an alleged conspiracy to cover up convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky's crimes, signaled his intent Wednesday to sue the school's former general counsel for legal malpractice.

Schultz, who is facing charges alongside ousted Penn State President Graham Spanier and former Assistant Athletic Director Tim Curley, filed a writ of summons in Pennsylvania state court indicating he intended to move forward with legal malpractice claims against Penn State's former general counsel Cynthia Baldwin.
