Judge Hands Down Mixed Decision In NFL Dispute

Law360 (November 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has partially denied a motion on behalf of three plaintiffs for leave to file a third amended complaint in a proposed class action brought on behalf of 3,500 former players against the National Football League Players Association.

On Wednesday, Judge William Alsup offered the plaintiffs – retired professional football players Bernard Paul Parrish, Herbert Anthony Adderley and Walter Roberts III – a split decision, both granting and rejecting their request to revise their suit.
