Smart Tech Investor Suit To Gain Class Cert., Judge Signals

Law360, New York (December 14, 2012, 7:05 PM EST) -- A federal judge indicated Friday that she will certify a class in a suit accusing educational technology company Smart Technologies Inc. of failing to disclose a slump in demand for its products ahead of a $660 million initial public offering.
