Jury Finds El Paso Businessman Guilty In Kickback Case

Law360, Houston (December 14, 2012, 6:52 PM EST) -- A Texas federal jury on Friday found an El Paso businessman guilty of paying kickbacks to a former county judge who helped him secure a public contract tied to a program dedicated to helping children with severe mental illness.
