Hotel Entertainment, Internet Co. May Check Into Ch. 11

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 5:36 PM EST) -- Hotel entertainment and Internet services company LodgeNet Interactive Corp. will likely have to file for bankruptcy protection and restructure the company at year’s end if it’s unable to raise $26 million to clear up outstanding debts after years of struggle, a LodgeNet spokeswoman confirmed Monday.
