Patton Boggs' $22M Chevron Bond Suit Can Still Move To NY

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 6:29 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday rejected Patton Boggs LLP's objection to a magistrate judge's recommendation to move to New York the firm's suit to get part of a $21.8 million bond Chevron Corp. posted for an injunction blocking an $18 billion Ecuadorean environmental judgment.
