Jury Junks Fujitsu's Wireless Router Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 11:01 PM EST) -- A California federal jury delivered a verdict Monday against Fujitsu Ltd. in its patent suit against wireless router companies which the Japanese technology giant had accused of infringing a patent related to a device used to transmit signals between an electronic system and an external device.

After a trial that began Nov. 27, the jury found that defendants Belkin International Inc., D-Link Corp., D-Link Systems Inc. and Netgear Inc. did not have to pay any damages to Fujitsu, and that Fujitsu had not shown enough evidence...
