Penn State's Sandusky Wins Child Molestation Appeal Hearing

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 7:06 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania judge on Tuesday granted an evidentiary hearing for former Pennsylvania State University assistant football coach and convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky in order to consider claims that his attorneys did not have enough time to prepare for trial.

Centre County Court of Common Pleas Judge John Cleland set the hearing for Jan. 10, granting a request filed last week by Sandusky's attorneys.
