First Circuit Vacates Dismissal Of Pfizer Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has vacated the dismissal of a whistleblower suit filed by a former Pfizer Inc. executive over the drug giant's alleged illegal marketing of human growth hormone Genotropin so that a lower court can consider an amended complaint.
