2nd Circ. Upholds Cirrus' Win In Yankees Pitcher Crash Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 2:44 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday preserved a jury verdict in favor of aircraft maker Cirrus Design Corp. in a crash that killed New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle, saying a trial judge acted reasonably by excluding evidence of possible flight control system flaws.
