Intelligroup Class Actions Meets Demise

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A proposed securities class action against Intelligroup by shareholders may have come to a close after a judge tossed a third version of the complaint and refused to grant the plaintiffs permission to file a fourth.

Chief Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Tuesday granted Intelligroup's motions to dismiss the third consolidated class action complaint with prejudice. He issued an order closing the case.
