Ropes & Gray Helps Squash Bar-Code Patents

Law360 (September 14, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With the wipe-out of inventor Jerome Lemelson’s controversial patent portfolio for the bar code scanner and industrial robotic vision, Ropes & Gray’s Fish & Neave unit can carve yet another notch in its belt.
