7th Circ. Snubs Sears' Bid To Reconsider Faulty-Washer Class

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday denied a bid by Sears Roebuck & Co. to reconsider its decision to support class certification in a suit accusing Sears of selling washing machines prone to developing moldy odors and stopping suddenly from mechanical malfunctions.
