Ear Ringing Plaintiffs Win Class Cert. In RingStop Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 21, 2012, 5:31 PM EST) -- A California federal judge Thursday granted certification to a class of consumers who allege homeopathic medical product seller NaturalCare Inc. violated state consumer protection laws because its product RingStop failed to treat ringing and buzzing in ears as advertised.
