Amazon Closes $1.37B Land Deals For Seattle Offices

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 3:00 PM EST) -- Crowning a busy real estate year for Amazon.com Inc., the online retail giant closed a $1.16 billion deal to buy its current 11-building Seattle headquarters complex on Friday, just a day after scooping three city blocks for $207.5 million for its new headquarters, according to county records.
