New Indictment Filed In KPMG Tax Shelter Case

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Federal prosecutors have filed a superseding indictment against former KPMG partner David Greenberg, a month after his trial on suspect tax shelters was postponed for a second time.

Greenberg, who has been confined to his California home pending his trial, appeared via telephone at his arraignment in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Friday.
