Title Co., Brokers Take $16.5M Hit In Real Estate Fraud

Law360, Houston (December 21, 2012, 7:48 PM EST) -- A Texas jury on Thursday hit Charter Title Co., Marvin Zindler Jr. and a group of real estate brokers with a $16.5 million judgment, finding they cheated a Houston businessman who contracted the group to help him buy valuable land near Exxon Mobil Corp.’s future headquarters.
